Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist in many aspects of seed quality analysis. Job Description

  • Participate in receiving, sorting, cleaning and scanning seed samples.
  • Packing or loading of seed samples for quality analysis.
  • Organization of seed inventory and supplies.
  • Following company safety rules and standard operating procedures.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Highly motivated with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Possess strong ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to concentrate for sustained periods of time.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work on own initiative.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to learn new procedures.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.

    • Education / Training / Certifications

  • High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Degree.

    • Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM or 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM for workday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM for weekend.

    • Pay Rate / Salary

  • Estimated Salary : $8.00 to $21.00 per hour based on qualifications.
