As an Accounts Payable Administrator at IDL, you will play a vital role in our financial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of vendor payments and expense reports. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values accuracy, collaboration, and career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Support full-cycle accounts payable functions, including data entry, matching, coding, sorting, logging, scanning, and filing invoices. Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contract requirements. Provide leadership and guidance within the accounts payable team. Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payments. Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all payables and prepare reports for management. Assist with daily financial processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Support internal and external audit processes with required documentation. Cross-train on additional administrative duties to support the finance team. Perform other clerical and financial support tasks as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in full-cycle accounting is preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and accounting software. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
