Manage the floor during shifts, ensuring top-notch service and team support.Assist the General Manager with daily operations, inventory management, and P&L analysis.Coach and mentor team members for consistent performance and customer service excellence.Enhance guest experiences at every opportunity, handling conflicts and concerns with professionalism and tact.Maintain safety standards front and back of house, ensuring a secure environment for both employees and guests.Plan and execute large events and special match day promotions, working closely with the team to ensure success.Oversee the training and onboarding of new front-of-house team members, ensuring they meet our high standards of service and efficiency.Who You Are
