The CPG Packaging and Production Coordinator is an integral part of the CPG client services team, supporting account managers and directors in managing client relationship and ensuring seamless project execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups;
- Assist in preparing client communications;
- Monitor client feedback and work with internal teams to address concerns promptly.
Project Coordination
Actively lead and manage the execution of packaging projects (planning, timeline, copydecks, approval process with client, creative and copy revisions, final delivery…) ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards;Actively assist in deployment projects (print or web deliverables such as brochures, sell sheets, banners, ads, etc);Coordinate activities between various departments to maintain seamless collaboration and workflow efficiency between creative, production and account teams.Administrative Support
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentation, and reviews;Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and deliverables;Provide administrative support to the team, including financial reports, project documentation, progress reports, meeting follow-ups, and weekly updates;Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope;Conduct competitive monitoring or audits if needed;Maintain and update project files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with account managers and directors to ensure client needs are met;Foster positive working relationships with clients and internal teams;Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance the client experience;Perform any other related tasks that align with the needs of the role.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Graphic Arts, Business Administration, or a related field;Degrees or certifications in design, leadership, or project management are an asset.Requirements
Experience in a similar role is an asset but not a requirement, such as printing / packaging / design process understanding (from concept to production, printing process, etc) or experience within an agency environment;Proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools;Full proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written) is an asset but not a requirement.Key Competencies
