Accounting Assistant

Salary : $40,000 – $42,000
Are you an entry-level accounting professional eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment? We’re looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team and assist with accounts payable, payroll support, and financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
- Assist with payroll data entry and bi-weekly reporting using Ceridian
- Maintain accurate financial records, A / R reports, and documentation
- Support general accounting functions, audits, and budgeting activities
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of accounting experienceFamiliarity with Sage 50 is preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyWhy Join Us?
