Job description

We are currently hiring for a receptionist / office administrative professional individual for our client in New Minas to begin asap

This is a short term coverage for an Industry leading client in North America

Total number of positions open : 5

1 person per shift

Monday to Friday

8am to 4pm - 1

4pm to 12m - 1

12am to 8am - 1

Weekends

12hrs shifts

8am to 8pm - 1

8pm to 8am - 1

Responsibilities

Greet customers

Answering incoming calls and transfer calls accordingly

Sort through mail and correspondence

Verify guests / employees coming in and out of the plant

Other admin duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous customer experience is a must

Must be proficient in MS office( Outlook, Excel etc.)
