Job description

As the Construction Project Coordinator you will contribute to Lauras success by supporting the administrative and logistical aspects of construction projects ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes among stakeholders.

How will you support the team

  • Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) for materials and services.
  • Source and evaluate potential vendors for construction needs.
  • Coordinate project schedules among internal teams and contractors.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide updates on milestones.
  • Track project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Act as a liaison between interior and external partners.
  • Respond to all construction requests in a timely manner and process them according to priority.

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience in construction or project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with procurement and scheduling tools
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken to efficiently communicate with internal and external partners)
