It is ideal for a professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.Job Specific DutiesSupports strategic planning efforts and conducts financial analysis in partnership with the finance team to aid the CEO’s decision-making. This includes evaluating opportunities, forecasting outcomes, assessing risks, and aligning financial insights with organizational goals.Implements and maintains effective monitoring and reporting practices.Coordinate schedules and ensure the CEO has the required information and resources to successfully complete critical steps.Conduct supporting analysis and research. Align with CEO on critical topics of relevance – both internal and external. Research topics and provide CEO with analysis and reading materials. Includes ongoing topics of interest (e.G. CEO effectiveness, brand development, building culture, leadership, etc.)Plan, organize, and develop materials for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s objectives and messaging.
