Responsibilities :
The role is responsible for intake, running, analysis and management of b2b and b2c ad-hoc and tracking market research studies
- Scope and design research programs, both qualitative and quantitative, to address business needs
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering ad-hoc market research studies. This will involve :
Working with internal stakeholders on research requirements, and creating research briefs
Liaising with vendors on methodology, sampling, fieldwork progress, reporting, and data analysisAnalyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insightsPartnering with internal stakeholders on activation of the insight reportsAccountable for working with internal stakeholders on any queries for both studiesResponsible for executing, and delivering on our tracker studies. ObservationalProven ability to synthesize research and analytics into clear insights, and to deliver actionable recommendationsExtensive experience with vendor and project managementGood skill in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and ExcelProficient in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, TableauData driven, and highly numerate including hands-on knowledge of statistical and multi-variate analysisAble to run and read Uni and Multivariate analysis, and translate these findings to broader audiences
Able to identify correct modeling techniques to employExperience understanding and partnering with analytics teams to deliver robust insightsExperience conducting consumer and b2b surveys across multiple markets, including but not limited to Americas, Europe, ME&A, APAC, AustraliaSofter skills

Degree holder, ideally in Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, Journalism or related discipline12+ years demonstrated experience in consumer insights or market research including at least 7 years experience of b2b research with hard-to-reach audiencesAgency experience at large full service market research agency background, including Kantar, Ipsos, Ipsos-MORI, Synovate, YouGov, Nielsen, GfK, Milward Brown, is preferredAbout Cigna Healthcare
