Experienced leasing agent

Rakotta Holdings, a family owned business, is looking for an experienced leasing agent. Our team is responsible for the management of high-rise apartment buildings located in the heart of downtown Montreal.

As a leasing agent and lead coordinator, you’ll become the public face of our property and the key contact for our current and potential tenants.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Meet potential tenants and schedule apartment visits and follow-ups;
• Proceed with proper verifications by following company procedures to qualify potential tenants;
• Respond to tenants’ tickets (from communication too)
• Collect monthly rent and follow-up with late payers :
• Coordinate with maintenance team regarding tenants moving in and out of building :
• Work in close collaboration with the maintenance, accounting and security teams :
• Must have an analytical mind and be capable of prioritizing tasks :
• Replace other leasing agents when on their annual vacations :
• Other related tasks.
