Reception :
Greet welcome and direct visitors appropriately ensuring aprofessional and friendlyatmosphere.
Manage incoming callson a multiline telephone system providing basic information andforwarding calls as needed.
Maintain security protocols by monitoring access maintaining alogbook and issuing visitorbadges.
Coordinate and schedulemeetings and events including client meetings ensuring accuratedetails are communicated andrecorded.
Handle incoming andoutgoing mail including processing courierservices.
Office& RecordsSupport :
Order and maintain office supplies ensuring inventory iswellstocked and organized.
Monitor and troubleshoot printer issues including placing servicecalls when necessary.
Sort fileand archive documents in centralized filing areas maintaining anorganized system.
Providecustomer reporting using Excel and onlinetools.
Manage file archiving andretrieval including interaction with Iron Mountainservices.
Create and label filefolders assist with annual purging / archiving and support customersin file retrieval across multipledatabases.
Perform data entrytasks accurately andefficiently.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
High School diploma orequivalent.
Experience working ina clientfacing environment delivering highqualityservices.
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite including Word Outlook Excel andPowerPoint.
Intermediate computerskills including internet navigation and WindowsExplorer.
Strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimalsupervision.
Highly organizedwith the capability to multitask prioritize tasks and workeffectively under pressure.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problemsolvingsituations.
Professionalappearance and demeanor suitable for a clientfocusedenvironment.
Ability to lift andmove up to 50 pounds.
