Job description

Our client provides machines, equipment and supplies for the packaging and container manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Field Service Technician, (75% travel, mostly in Quebec).

Communicate daily with the Service Manager to provie update on current jobs status and receive additionnal assigments;
Promptly install and / or repair new and usd equipement at customer facilities to ensure full functionality according to spécification;
Offer on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair equipment;
Train customers on safe equipment operations, maintenance, parts ordering, etc.;
Complete accurate service documentation of repairs and related expenses.

Requirements :

DEP in Automated System Electromechanics or related training;

2 years experience as a maintenance technician;

Valid driver's license and access to vehicle (car allowance provided)

Valid passport, or able to obtain passport, for occasional travel to US;

French, functional English.
