Mortgage Enforcement Clerk

We are a 35-year-old boutique law firm located in Vaughan that represents Canadian Financial Institutions. We are seeking a Mortgage Enforcement Clerk who wants to grow with the firm. We offer a collegial work environment, full health benefits, access to a gym, and indoor parking.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Experience : Minimum five years Required.

Salary : $75,000 to start.

Responsibilities

Drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents, including demand letters, Notices of Sales, Statement of Claims and Sheriff possession proceedings.

Actively manage deadlines and work closely with Senior Partners.
