As a Cleaner , you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level.
Your work will include :
- Floor and Facility Maintenance : Regular cleaning and upkeep of the floors, washrooms, and garbage bins throughout the facility.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing : Ensuring all washrooms, common areas, and entrance areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Restocking Supplies : Replenishing any used or missing supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and hand soap.
- Dusting and Surface Cleaning : Dusting all visible surfaces, including countertops, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges, and vents.
- Lobby Spot Cleaning : Performing spot cleaning on lobby floors and conducting a thorough wash when needed.
- Vacuuming : Regular vacuuming of all entrance mats in lobby areas.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience in Floor Care : Prior experience in floor maintenance, including scrubbing, buffing, and polishing, is a strong asset.
- Skilled Equipment Operator : Proficiency in using cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, swing machines, burnishers, and other relevant tools.
- Positive Attitude and Work Ethic : A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Physical Capability : Able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs comfortably.
