Role : Jr. Business Analyst (Capital Markets)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis within the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on capital markets. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to write and interpret SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements within the capital markets domain.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries to support business decisions and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed business and system process flows.
• Assist with the implementation of technology solutions by liaising between business units and IT teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate the resolution of any issues identified.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
