ServiceNow Analyst

PrecisionERP recruiting is seeking a bilingual (French and English) ServiceNow ITOM Analyst for a one year contract at our client located in Montreal. The candidate would be responsible for the development and delivery of ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Requirements : At least 5 years of experience as a ITOM product owner / analyst / lead.Experience with CSDM in a large complex environmentsStrong knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management Experienced in Agile methodologies and environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
