North Vancouver Nissan  is currently looking to fill aposition of a  Service Advisor.

Duties andResponsibilities :

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promptly meet and greet all clients in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Handle client concerns and / or misunderstandings with courtesy and tact
  • Complete vehicle inspections
  • Obtain pre-authorization costs, parts availability, and payments
  • Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, and check for previous service recommendations
  • Explain what service / repair is recommended to customers
  • Monitor repair process, check job status and update work in process
  • Monitor all repair orders from opening to closing and ensure that customers are updated on progress
  • Review CSI monthly score and day to day performance
  • Review with the customer loaner policies and warranty details
  • Other duties as assigned by management
