We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our team in our Laval office!
As a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative), you will be responsible for working with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.

Your Day as a Client Service Representative
- Collect and review of underwriting information from clients.
- Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
- Translate and review documentation.
- Prepare invoicing instructions.
- Respond to clients on insurance request certificates.
- Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
- University degree (preferably in business or finance)
- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
- Customer service oriented.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
