Job description

Airswift is seeking a detail-oriented LEMS administrator to support our client, an o&g company in Edmonton, AB on a 4-month contract.

This role will primarily focus on daily LEM (Labor, Equipment, and Material) entry and administrative support for KAEF. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience with invoicing, and the ability to support various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

LEM & Invoice Management :

  • Perform daily entry and verification of LEMs and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile invoices with LEMs, tracking any discrepancies and resolving issues as needed.
  • Confirm invoice details before processing and maintain proper documentation.
  • Organize and file timesheets and invoices by date for easy reference.

Administrative Support :

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Support outage planning by preparing and managing necessary documents.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and replenish items as needed.
  • Assist with ordering lunches and coordinating meeting logistics when requested.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience in data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
