Description

As a dedicated and skilled SAP Basis Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and optimize SAP landscapes across various business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will lead the team in ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable SAP environment while mentoring team members in best practices and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage SAP landscape deployments, infrastructure, and system performance.
  • Advise on infrastructure deployment strategies, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide the SAP Basis team on daily operations and industry best practices.
  • Manage transport layers and coordinate release processes.
  • Utilize Solution Manager to monitor and manage the SAP landscape effectively.
  • Conduct performance tuning for SAP NetWeaver and other SAP components.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SAP Basis administration.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP Application integrations, including components such as CRM, Financial Services, and ECC.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and system copies.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, scheduling, and monitoring practices in SAP environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Administration, or equivalent field. Relevant certifications are preferred.
