As a member of the Organizational Effectiveness team, your role as an Organizational Effectiveness Learning Analyst will be to lead the end-to-end development and execution of training plans related to enterprise level change initiatives and business line technical training. This will include development of training materials and training evaluation including needs assessment and curriculum design work for key change projects. You will focus on the delivery of high-quality learning programs to stakeholders across the company. All learning programs are designed to impact business outcomes and overall employee satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities :
Support Senior OE Specialists to work closely with the business and key stakeholders to analyze and assess current-state and desired state organizational designs and business processes to help improve organizational effectiveness aligned to strategy.Support OE activities related to organizational design, team effectiveness, process enhancements and change management. This will include research of best practices, preparing documents and presentations and participating in project teams.Support the assessment of change impact through impact analyses, stakeholder engagement plans, assessing change readiness – developing ways to prepare, equip and support employees and leaders to successfully adopt change to drive organizational success and sustain outcomes.Coordinate efforts with other groups as needed, including HR Business Partners, Communications, and Training teams in the delivery and execution of organizational effectiveness and change projects.Lead small – medium scale organizational effectiveness initiatives and provide support to Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialists or Senior Manager on medium to large scale initiatives.Your Skills :
