This role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving financial reporting processes, and ensuring seamless integration of financial systems to support P&L calculations, balance sheet management, and product control.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to gather and document business requirements.Bridge gaps between trading activity, risk reporting, and financial systems to ensure reconciliation and data integrity.Develop and manage user stories to translate business needs into technical solutions.Optimize P&L reporting and enhance financial workflows.Define requirements for enterprise accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).Conduct data analysis using SQL and Power BI to generate actionable insights.Lead stakeholder workshops and drive consensus on financial system capabilities.Qualifications : 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance and accounting systems (ideally within commodities or capital markets).Expertise in P&L calculations, trade lifecycle reconciliation, and financial reporting.Experience with enterprise accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and data integration.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Interested?
