This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and secure strategic partnerships for Estoras Group and its subsidiaries. These include a digital marketing agency, a technology consulting company, a software company and a racing team. This role is crucial in identifying sponsorship opportunities, managing partnerships, and developing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting & Outreach : Initiate outbound communication to identify and connect with potential clients.
Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships, present solutions, and drive successful deal closures.
Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives, enhance lead generation strategies, and provide customized solutions to clients.
Data Tracking & Reporting : Maintain CRM accuracy, monitor lead progress, and present key performance metrics to leadership to support ongoing strategy refinement.
Requirements
Extensive experience in global enterprise sales, with a track record of success in complex deal-making.
Strong ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives and C-suite leaders.
Proficiency in CRM software, ensuring efficient tracking and management of client interactions.
Expertise in developing tailored, client-centric solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact in all interactions.
