Position Title : Warehouse Lead

Location : Various warehouse locations

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead.

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day logistics, maintain organization, and manage scheduling of deliveries.

This role requires a hands-on approach to warehouse management and the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities :

• Day-to-Day Operations : Manage daily activities at the main warehouse and coordinate logistics across all locations.
• Order Preparation : Prepare orders for same or next-day delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Loading / Unloading : Safely load and unload trucks as required, handling products weighing between 50lbs.
• Inventory Management : Properly store and organize products / materials in all warehouses, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.
• Delivery Coordination : Organize and schedule deliveries using company trucks and coordinate with third-party delivery services.
• Warehouse Visits : Occasionally visit the large warehouse to oversee operations and provide instruction as needed.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all team members are trained and compliant.

Requirements :

• Language Skills : Proficient in speaking and writing English.
• Self-Organization : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid Driver’s License : Must hold a valid G or better driver’s license.
• Warehouse Experience : Previous experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in a leadership role.
• Physical Ability : Must be able to lift and move heavy boxes (50lbs) and perform physical tasks as needed.

Safety Certifications Required :

• Forklift License Certificate- reach / counterbalance
• WHIMS Certificate
• 5 Step Safety Certificate
• Working from Heights Certificate
