Putting forward your excellent customer service skills, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience through phone call assistance.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Your empathy and problem-solving attitude enable you to provide customers with first-class assistance regarding various requests : delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries;
  • Most of the time, you engage with Canada Post customers through dynamic and courteous phone calls.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications :

  • Eligibility criteria : Be available to work 5 days up to 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday between 7 : 00 am and 11 : 00 pm – Saturday to Sunday between 9 : 00 am and 9 : 00 pm.Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space; Bilingual (French and English) – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking customers in Canada. Answering customers in English will be required around 80% of the time.You must have a dedicated space and not be disturbed during your shift.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken);
  • You're a tech-savvy multitasker;
  • Having previous customer service experience is a strong asset!
  • Training start date : March 24th
