Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS Minimum Requirements :

• Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License (RPLS)
• At least 5 years of demonstrated management experience as Licensed Surveyor
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and mentor Survey Technicians
• Ability to successfully manage projects including developing scope of work, schedule and fee.
• Supports business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals.
• Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS Preferred Requirements :

• Experience with DOT or Land Development projects is a plus.
• Technical understanding with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D or Openroads MicroStation is a plus.
• Experience with various municipalities in San Antonio, McAllen or Brownsville area is a plus.
