Production Manager

This is a brief overview of our Production Manager position

This is Managment role is overseeing the Printing departments. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Managers is responsible for ensuring product quality meets specifications, production targets are met, and safety procedures are followed. This includes supervising staff (hiring, firing, performance reviews, training), liaising with planning and other management, monitoring production schedules, managing inventory, and contributing to health and safety initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset), 5 years of related experience with at least 3 in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of production processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
