If you think you could be a fit with our culture and the role described below, we encourage you to apply!The Role : As the Account Manager, you are responsible for effectively supporting and managing client accounts by anticipating and responding to client needs, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, supporting account managers, coordinating project timelines, fulfilling scopes of work, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies.Roles and Responsibilities : Act as the liaison between the client and our internal teamManage client accounts including client onboarding, project management and client communication and updatesCoordinating internal teams depending on project scope and client needs : digital, copy, design, communications, & creativeProject management, including revisions, meeting coordination, approvalsLiaising with creative teams, operations team and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothlyLiaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunitiesFostering positive client and internal relationshipsCoordination and execution of general requests in the daily running of the accountEnsuring all internal departments have all necessary information and assetsWorking creatively with clients to solve industry challenges and business problemsIdentifying account growth / up-selling opportunities to the sales teamOther duties as requiredA little bit about you : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or a related field is preferred1-3+ years experience working in account coordination is preferredExperience working in a marketing agency is a major assetStrong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyStrong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detailProficient in G-suite, Slack and social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Facebook and InstagramSitePartners “Must Haves” : You’re a driven, high-output individual with a desire to growYou have a sense of humor and love to have fun, but take your responsibilities seriouslyYou have a passion for the industrial sectorYou enjoy the fast-paced nature within a marketing agencyYou take pride and ownership in your workBenefits of Working for SitePartners : Competitive salary : $60,000-$70,000 (based on experience)Extended health benefits package + health spending account3 weeks vacation + week off between Christmas and New YearsCompany laptop (apple)Let’s get to work!If this posting gets you excited, we want to hear from you.
