About the Role :
Job Title : Audio Producer
This team is looking for an Audio and Localization Producer to collaborate with the project team to deliver best in class gaming experiences for our players while hitting quality, schedule, and business targets.The Producer is responsible for managing the Audio team as well as our localization working directly with the Senior Story Producer to drive features to completion. A key component of this role is to manage the critical dependencies between the groups and solve issues.As part of the Production team, you will be expected to help create and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high performing work environment.As a Producer, you will create production roadmaps based on backlogs and partner with product owners to establish sprint and milestone goals. You will execute this plan by working with the leadership team to prioritize deliverables, manage risks, react quickly to challenges, report weekly status, and evaluate their group against deliverable completion and quality success criteria.Required Skills :
Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of prioritiesCommunicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality levelCreating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership teamIdentifying task-related processes to improve efficiencyManaging inter-team dependenciesProviding regular capacity plan updatesFocusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowermentLocation : Vancouver, BC (hybrid)
Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
