An opportunity for a Project Manager to join an established contractor in the Lower Mainland and work on a range of institutional and commercial projects!

Your new company :

Looking to join a medium sized, full service mechanical contractor that has been operating in the lower mainland for 15 years?

Our client is known for providing a range of mechanical systems and services for commercial and institutional buildings including hospitals, schools, recreation centers, retail, offices and more.

With projects ranging from $50, to $3 million, our client holds high standards for every employee and sub trade they work with and are well respected in the industry.

Your new Role :

We are looking for an individual who will be joining this well-established team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of your assigned project(s), including the planning, management, and execution.

Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to, communicating project expectations and goals to other team members, enforcing a site-specific health and safety plan, enforcing schedule deadlines throughout the project, submitting quotations, being responsible for coordination of site drawings, monitoring job costing, and prepare reports for review and other duties as required.

What you’ll need to Succeed :

To succeed as the Mechanical Project Manager, you will bring 3 - 5+ years in the mechanical construction industry and be eager to learn and grow in the role and with the organization.

You will need to be familiar with Mechanical Contracting and associated components, be detail-oriented, and someone who can work independently, though also work well in a team.

You will be approachable and professional with customers, proficient in AccuBid, Procure and Microsoft Office products, and ideally have experience in commercial or institutional construction.
