Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person will mainly assume the following tasks :
Respond to price and inventory availability inquiries
Respond to consumers inquiries on our customers websites
Validate order entry accuracy in relation to purchase order (codes, prices, descriptions)
Review customers requests upon invoicing issues in order to resolve
Skills required :
Essential - Perfectly bilingual
Essential - Customer service experience
Essential – Proficient in Microsoft Office (word / Excel) and Outlook
Essential – High school diploma
Asset Experience in a large retail and distribution and EDI company
Asset- Education or experience in Logistics transport
Asset- Knowledge of SAP and EDI systems
Abilities :
Good written and grammar skills in both French and English
Customer oriented and great communication skills
Dynamic and Strong team spirit
Organized and good management of priorities
