OPPORTUNITY : CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person will mainly assume the following tasks :

  • Ensure efficient customer service (email / phone)
  • Respond to price and inventory availability inquiries

  • Request transport / freight costs
  • Correspond daily with customers and company representatives
  • Offer the product that best meets our customer’s needs
  • Ensure efficient consumer service (email / phone)
  • Respond to consumers inquiries on our customers websites

  • Offer the product that best meets our customer’s needs
  • Suggest Sales Sites for the different products
  • Order processing in SAP / EDI systems
  • Validate order entry accuracy in relation to purchase order (codes, prices, descriptions)

  • Verify agreements for exceptions
  • Calculate transport costs based on order
  • Ensure inventory availability and location site
  • Identify inventory issues in our customers system (CHUB)
  • Research and correct invoicing issues
  • Review customers requests upon invoicing issues in order to resolve

  • Research shipment details to validate material receiving issues
  • Other related administrative tasks
  • Skills required :

    Essential - Perfectly bilingual

    Essential - Customer service experience

    Essential – Proficient in Microsoft Office (word / Excel) and Outlook

    Essential – High school diploma

    Asset Experience in a large retail and distribution and EDI company

    Asset- Education or experience in Logistics transport

    Asset- Knowledge of SAP and EDI systems

    Abilities :

    Good written and grammar skills in both French and English

    Customer oriented and great communication skills

    Dynamic and Strong team spirit

    Organized and good management of priorities
