Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management :

Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Set performance objectives, provide feedback, and ensure the team and projects aligns with organizational goals.

Lead the team in delivering innovative products and systems, including TMS, WMS, YMS, VMS, driver applications, and operational efficiency tools, with a strong focus on greenfield development.

Process Analysis and Optimization :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and enhance the efficiency of middle mile, last mile, and warehouse operations.

Oversee the review and optimization of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics applications.

Project Oversight :

Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of technology solutions, including in-house warehouse management systems, transportation management systems (new features and improvements), warehouse process flow automation, exception management tools.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.

Documentation and Communication :

Ensure the creation of detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, UATs and requirement roadmaps.

Provide clear and effective updates to the team Manager and Director and to different stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Data-Driven Insights :

Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the team.

Utilize Business Intelligence tools to generate insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement within the team and for logistics operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on logistics and warehouse systems.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Track record of working on greenfield applications as well as improving applications built in-house

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in operational and technical environments.

Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics mobile applications, warehouse management systems, and warehouse automation tools.

Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and familiarity with process optimization methodologies.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with automated warehouse systems, including TMS, WMS, scanners and sorters.

Experience in developing and deploying custom applications for logistics and supply chain operations.

A track record of successfully implementing process improvements and technological solutions in logistics.
