Math and Computer Science teachers

Math and Computer Science Teacher wanted (Full time or Part time)Join the fantastic team, you will have opportunity to teach young students computer coding and math, working with international team to touch the new technology!Youth STEM Academy is a STEM school for students in metro Vancouver, China and international. We are looking for computer coding or math tutor for our school. The math or coding program is instructor led on line.For Math instructor :

• Strong background on Math (general, algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, statistics)
• AP math courses
• IB / AL math courses
• AMC / AIME competition
• Waterloo university G8-G12 math competition
• Experience on Math competition is a plusFor Coding instructor :
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages : Python, Java, C++, C#, Scratch
• Familiar with algorithm programming is a plus.
• Familiar with Algorithm competition / Leetcode is a plus.
• Familiar with IOT knowledge and Arduino.
• Working experience with robotics is a plus.
• Familiar with AI technology or knowledge is a plus
• Experience on computing competition is a plusFor all instructors :
• Strong academic background.
• Reliability and commitment.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Criminal background check or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills.
