Electromechanic - Team leader

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

• Assign tasks to team members according to the priorities established by the supervisor, and manage emergencies as needed.
• Support the technical development of team members in collaboration with the supervisor
• Inspect, adjust, repair and install all production, industrial, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment or tooling in accordance with drawings, specifications and the manufacturer's maintenance manual
• Advise the maintenance planner on corrective and preventive maintenance to be carried out
• Ensure the safety of workers, subcontractors and colleagues, and the cleanliness of work areas
• Replace supervisor as needed
