Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years.
Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 1000 employees in one of the world's most challenging flight environments.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Contributes to the IT efficiency of organizational activities by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining, and evolving computer networks or systems in accordance with the needs of the organization.
Provides technical support to networks and systems in liaison with IT help desk support.
Provides ideas and contributes to problem solving through analysis and knowledge.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
- Active participation in the upgrade and automation of the enterprise computer systems.
- Management of the enterprise AD.
- Participates in the preparation of documentation and technical procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant College degree in computer science.
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience.
- Technical knowledge :
- Good knowledge of Windows and server OS.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft / Office 365.
- Good knowledge of switches, routers, VLANs and general networking
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy (GPO).
- Knowledge of network protocols : DHCP, DNS.
- MCSE, MCP, CCNA, Network + are assets.
- Knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle are assets.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual (French-English).
- Eager to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to handle stress.
- Available to travel to Nunavik (Quebec internal flights).
