About the Role

Pine is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to help in facilitating a smooth and quick homebuying experience. You'll be getting in on the ground level and playing a critical role in shaping our internal processes and customer experience.

You will interact and oversee the flow of applicants through all stages of the mortgage process. We are looking for a mortgage advisor who not only understands the procedures and various available mortgage products, but is also passionate about creating amazing borrower experiences.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Manage customer deal flow, while ensuring prioritization of files in progress
• Act as a liaison between underwriter, lender and clients
• Work with Operations Manager to develop strategies for increasing conversion and building efficient processes to maximize volume
• Work directly with customer to build rapport and to help them in determining the right product for their needs based on your professional discretion
• Ensure all required documentation is procured and reviewed prior to underwriter submission
