What you'll do

Position Title : SAP iXp Intern - Customer Experience Business Assistant

Location : Vancouver / Montreal

Expected Start Date : November 2023

Contract Duration : 8 months

Work Hours : 40 hours per week

The role of business assistant to the leadership team member is a unique career development opportunity. You can accompany the executive throughout his day and regularly participate in strategic meetings and presentations, allowing you to develop a thorough understanding of the business and strategy.

You will also gain exposure to various global and regional leaders and develop a valuable international network. This role focuses on the day-to-day management of the commerce operations, including preparation of meetings, following up with crisp, precise, and meaningful minutes, tracking of action items, and managing the inbox, which includes prioritizing, delegating, and following up where appropriate.

Commerce is a very dynamic team that gives a lot of room for learning growth and for shaping the role according to your strengths and interests, e.

g., through participating in strategy exercises or customer meetings, etc.

As a Business Assistant, you will :

• Coordinate the preparation of operations-related strategic and business reviews with the leadership team
• Manage the agenda and coordination of the operations meetings, including team and project updates
• Ensure the operations head is fully prepared for the weekly upcoming milestones, reports, and projects, and ensure proper planning and coordination are in place
• Manage and prepare internal and external meetings, meeting minutes, projects, documentation, and correspondence, which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data across teams
• Preparation for the meetings with the commerce operations and other LT members and ensuring the meeting is time-managed correctly, notes and action items are taken
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to support various projects
• Develop strong working relationships with members of the operations team

• An academic degree / educational background in Business Administration, Business Informatics; An MBA is a plus
