About Us
The joint venture between SNC-Lavalin and Aecon is under contract with Ontario Power Generation (OPG) to carry out the Extended Services Master Services Agreement (ESMSA). The Agreement involves supporting maintenance projects across Darlington, Pickering and Western Waste, in addition to life extension and refurbishment projects at Darlington.

What You'll Do Here :
Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the site teamAssist the site manager and project managers in tracking analysis and forecasting of ongoing projectsAssist in invoicing and gathering of all required documents required by the customer for paymentEnsure contract extras are tracked and billedAssist with setting-up new subcontractors and send in all required documentation into CambridgePre-subcontractor qualifications (new)Assist with setting-up new vendors when requiredMaintain filing system for contract documents in accordance with auditing procedures and ensure Cambridge office has all documentationAssist in tracking, monitoring and analyzing productivity data where applicablePrepare time and material reports for customersRun job cost reports as required by the site manager and superintendentsProvide feedback to Project managers on the ongoing cost controls of the projectsProvide financial services support to the project teamSupport and / or assists in printing of cheques for payroll where applicableForward appropriate forms to purchasing as requiredMaintain filing systemForward contracts and all other required documentation to Cambridge for invoicingOrder office and sundries supplies as required on sitePerform all administrative duties and support for siteProvide reports to Managers as requiredAssist in processing packing slips, safety documentations, etc.Aid in Document control processAny other duties as required by the site manager, superintendent and the siteResponsible to receive and record reference Engineering documents (Project Documents, Drawings, support drawings, specifications and line lists), revisions, cancellation notices, RFI responsesIssues transmittal, drawing, electronic file, revision and hold notice confirmationsMaintains and files drawings and related documents in the reference library (reference drawings, pipe supports, received / issued isometrics, issued spools, transmittals, issued reports, RFI’s, holds, cancellations, Engineering hand changes, priority lists, and commodity code catalogs)What You Bring To The Team
3-5 years minimum Construction site experiencePost-Secondary education in businessWorking knowledge on job cost accountingProficient in MS Office applications in MS Windows environmentTeam player, flexible and able to work well with site team membersMulti-tasking and work within time constraintsPunctual and dependableStrong communication skillsUnderstands and is committed to Nuclear SafetyUnderstands Asset Suite (Preference) and SharePoint
