We are looking for a Sales executive / Account executive for our Client - a a big IT and businss consultancy firm expanding their business in Montreal.
With established teams in Paris, London, New York, and Portugal, they are launching their new Montreal office and seeking a Sales person to lead growth in the Canadian market.
Location : Montreal (Hybrid – 1 day WFH)
Experience : 1-5 years
Salary : $90k-100k Candian base for sales, up to $150k package - uncapped
You will be responsible for sales, recruitment, and consultant management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional looking to make an impact in a growing firm.
What You’ll Do
Business Development : Prospect and engage financial institutions (CIBs, asset managers, etc.).
Recruitment : Identify, assess, and place top-tier IT- consultants.
Consultant Management : Support and oversee consultants on client projects.
Who You Are
1-5 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or consulting (financial or IT services background preferred).
Hunter mindset – experience in business development and cold-calling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual (French & English).
Driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow with a fast-scaling company.
