Showroom Attendant – Calgary SE Location

About the Role

As a Showroom Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in creating an outstanding first impression for our current and prospective clients. By building meaningful relationships and delivering reliable support, you’ll help ensure that every client’s journey with us begins seamlessly. Key Responsibilities :

  • Professionally schedule client appointments via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients across all communication channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records by reviewing and updating information during every interaction.
  • Follow established processes to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage client expectations.
  • Escalate complex customer situations to management for resolution when needed.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who loves working with people and excels at providing exceptional customer service. Ideally, you’ll bring :

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, reception, or administration.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn internal systems.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
