Your future role on our team
By joining our team, you will beasked to contribute to the various stages of project execution, includingproposals, analysis studies for industrial power systems, detailed engineering,equipment specifications, site surveys, site monitoring and commissioning ofsubstation equipment while benefitting from BBA's network of recognized expertswho will support you in carrying out your mandates and in your careerdevelopment.
Among other tasks, you will beexpected to apply established calculation and design methods when preparingplans, lists of materials, lists of cables, technical specifications andestimates. You will also be expected to carry out various project steps atelectrical substations.
Additionally, you will beresponsible for ensuring the quality of professional services and maintainingpositive client relationships.

Overview of certifications and job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringMember in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du QuébecAt least 5 years of experience in engineering as well as reading and preparing diagrams and wiring plansAvailable for short-term assignments (mandatory) and long-term assignments (asset) to client sites across CanadaKnowledge of MS Office and other database applicationsBasic knowledge of HV / MV / LV apparatus and safety in electrical installationsBilingual (English and French) spoken and writtenAbility to draft technical documents in both English and FrenchAsset : Knowledge of power systems (HV, MV, LV)Asset : knowledge of ETAP, EasyPower, CYME and EMTP-RV softwareAsset : graduate degree (master's or doctorate)Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture?
