YOUR ROLEAs a Human Resources Advisor, you will support the HR department in a variety of tasks. Specifically, you will assist the senior advisor and director with labor relations and organizational development projects. You will serve as a resource for employees, supervisors, and directors, helping with any HR-related questions. Your responsibilities will also include preparing documents like monthly reports, policies, and procedures, and you may be involved in certain hiring processes. Additionally, you will take on other tasks as requested by the Director of Human Resources. DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources, administration human resources profile or any combination of training and experience deemed equivalent.- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.- Bilingual (English and French), excellent communication skills.- Excellent writing skills.- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.- Self reliant, discrete and able to multi-task with ease.
