Job Summary

We areseeking a Reliability Engineer to join East West PipelinesDepartment (EWPD). The EWPD is responsible for transferringhydrocarbons through its pipeline network which includes PumpingStation with pumps driven by Gas Generator turbines in addition toBooster Gas Compression Station with compressors driven by GasGenerator turbines.

Your primary role is to ensure the reliabilityof our network system and conducting reliability analysis andstudies.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Conduct engineering studies to identify reliabilityprograms tasks initiatives and studies applicable to thefacility.
• Monitor reliability performanceusing reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifylowerlevel KPIs relevant to facility processes.
• Provide recommendations to bridge identified gaps fromKPIs and other assessments and offer technical support forimplementation.
• Calculate Mean Time BetweenFailures (MTBF) for all equipment and research failure data toimprove equipment reliability.
• Predictequipment failures using MTBF vibration trend analysis and OilCondition Monitoring data and introduce new technology asneeded.
• Review Engineering Request / Designpackages for machinery modifications or upgrades.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Foreman Area MaintenanceEngineer and OME team to assess equipment failure risks using RiskAnalysis programs or Enterprise Asset PerformanceManagement.
• Evaluate reliability andinnovation ideas related to machinery equipment.

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineeringor Electrical Engineering from a recognized program with preferencefor an advanced degree in Reliability Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in ReliabilityEngineering with at least four years specializing in RotatingEquipment or Valve Specialty.
