Family Physician, Crescent View Clinic

Job Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority, Moose Jaw is seeking a dynamic and committed family physician to provide services at Crescent View Clinic, which operates 365 days a year. The clinic is open 7 days a week from 09 : 30 to 19 : 00 and features physicians and nurse practitioners who provide medical care and treatment for urgent, non-life threatening health conditions.

The successful candidate will be required to provide services weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays between the hours of 09 : 30 and 20 : 00 hours.

Crescent View Clinic offers the following services :

• Urgent Care
• Home Care
• Laboratory
• Harm Reduction
• Mental Health and Addictions counselling, group services, depot clinic, Opiod Agonist Therapy clinic

Physician with Harm Reduction and / or Addiction Medicine interest would be preferred

Job Qualifications
