Reporting to the Associate Manager, Education & Engagement, you will be responsible for facilitating group retirement education session(s) and developing education and communication strategies to maximize engagement and participation in retirement plans. A key measure of success in this role will be driving outcomes including the retention of client assets, increasing membership / contributions, and the transfer of assets from other financial institutions.

The base salary for this position is between $58,600.00 - $97,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission, etc.).
