AtomVie is a global CDMO leader that specializes in GMP manufacturing and global distribution of radiopharmaceuticals for clinical and commercial supply. Through this role you will join a highly engaged and passionate Business Development team that is customer focused, collaborative and growth driven.
AtomVie is at its growth phase and is set to launch its new state-of-the-art facility later this year. This facility will significantly expand its capacity and offer cutting-edge services to meet our clients’ expanding and evolving needs. The current role will be instrumental in establishing and strengthening client relationships to drive engagement and utilization of the AtomVie’s expanding capabilities.
About the Role
The Key Account Manager is a business development professional, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a subset of AtomVie Global Radiopharma’s (AtomVie’s) clients’ accounts. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will drive sales of AtomVie’s CDMO services by understanding clients’ specific needs, building client relationships and promoting business growth of each assigned client account to achieve revenue targets.

What You Will Do
- Manage client projects, ensuring effective communication with internal teams, meeting timelines, and generating key documentation.
- Conduct internal and external meetings, plan and execute client presentations, plan project timelines, and prepare and execute action items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish effective communication and ensure all the programs are managed appropriately.
- Proactively establish productive, professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Align daily activities with corporate business development goals and foster team collaboration.
- Coordinate and facilitate all communications with the assigned client accounts and external and internal stakeholders ensuring clarity on program goals, technical risks, opportunities and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, drug specifications, and regulatory standards (i.e. HC and FDA) to ensure quality, safety, and efficacy of the produced drugs.
- Actively identify new business opportunities and proactively address the client needs.
- Create budget, and work with Business Development and other internal teams to generate new quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate and execute Work Orders and Clinical / Commercial Supply Agreements with the assigned clients.
- Manage all the assigned clients’ accounts ensuring proper invoicing in collaboration with Finance and other internal teams as appropriate using an ERP system aiming to meet the set KPI.
- Work towards achieving revenue targets by fostering client account growth.
- Attend trade shows, to meet and grow the prospective client pipeline as well as foster current client relationships.
- Contribute to forecasting, business risk mitigation, opportunity prospecting, and defining business growth strategy.
- Monitor the client(s) satisfaction throughout their engagement lifecycle.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and order status.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment protection regulations across all activities.
What You Bring to the Role

University degree in life sciences, pharmacy or related fields.5 years of relevant account management experience in a pharmaceutical or contract research organization (CRO), contract development or manufacturing (CDMO) environment, with strong knowledge of the pharma / biotech industry.3+ years of experience in sales or business development in B2B industry, responsible for fully managing key accounts, including writing, negotiating and executing contracts for each account.Willingness to travel to conferences / trade shows as assigned by Director, Business Development.AtomVie Offers
