Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and foster a positive relationship with each client. Whether it's assisting a beauty brand with customer orders or helping a finance client navigate complex solutions, your role is crucial in making their experience seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address client inquiries related to products, services, and account issues in the beauty, finance, and other industries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively answer questions and offer guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized service and follow-up.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex client issues.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve service delivery and product knowledge.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a client-facing role, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Adaptability to handle a wide range of client inquiries from various sectors.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
