Role
In this position, you’ll take on full project management responsibilities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work to our clients. Occasionally, you may be needed to work as lead field supervisor, collecting and interpreting environmental data to support spill response, Environmental Assessments (Phase I and II ESA) and Remediation programs, as well as reporting, data analysis and general due diligence works. You’ll work closely with your clients, maintaining satisfaction and building long term relationships, while always seeking to expand our portfolio.

Responsibilities :
Manage small technical groups and technical programs, including all facets of project delivery including effective delegation and oversight of project tasksMaintain highest level of client satisfactionEffectively mentor junior staff in project management / task management skills while at the same time being mentored by more senior professionalsProvide leadership through open and positive communications with all staffParticipate in all facets of contaminated site projects including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and remediation projects, field sampling, and reportingConduct field (data-collection) programs involving sampling and monitoring of soil, groundwater, surface water, vapour and remediation system operation and maintenancePrepare remedial options analyses, remedial action plans and associated design worksPlan, report and track schedules and budget, all as part of project financial managementYou’ll enjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment, where your success will depend on your collaborative working style, your consultative approach to clients, and your superb technical skills.
