Are you customer service oriented with a great work ethic? Do you like to keep busy and stay organized? If so, join us as our new staff Cafeteria Attendant working part time days, we are currently looking for a Cafeteria Attendant to work 9 : 00AM - 2 : 30PM Monday to Friday !  The Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for maintaining service of the cafeteria food in a customer service oriented manner. The role will organize and set up the equipment and workstation within the cafeteria and prep kitchen, while following FoodSafe regulations. The Cafeteria Attendant will work diligently to maintain the cafeteria and prep kitchen in a clean and sanitary manner according to established expectations. Your contribution to the team includes :   Provide friendly and efficient customer service to coworkers in the cafeteria Prepare food in a timely and courteous manner Maintain a clean and welcoming appearance of all equipment, counters, coolers and floors Monitor food and equipment temperatures at all times Receive, stock and rotate incoming and outgoing inventory Adhere to established schedule for meal times Clean cafeteria area before, during and after business hours, including putting all dishes in the dishwasher for cleaning Follow established sanitation procedures at all times Assist wherever needed Complete weekly food related inventory, submit to manager Post weekly menus and daily lunch Prepare snack and fruit baskets What you need to be successful : Minimum one year’s experience working in catering or food services Working experience in the hospitality industry preferred Current certification in FoodSafe Level 1 Working knowledge of materials and methods used in preparing foods on a large scale Ability to use and care for food preparation equipment Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and coworkers Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills   Why Broadstreet?
