Job description

Provide customer service to prospects, residents and clients; organizes and maintains up to date and precise leasing administration; works as part of a team. This role is focused on lease administration as a priority and will support the property administration team in other administrative functions.

Responsibilities

As a Residential Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities :

Manage the monthly billing process

Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with administrative processes

Coordinate residential lease renewals

Process tenant charges and rent payments

Provide support to operational teams

Carry out various other administrative tasks necessary for managing leases

Qualifications

2 years experience in a similar role (an asset)

Knowledge of the Yardi Voyager / Breeze system (an asset)

Good command of office tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Priority management skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Rigor, organization and orientation towards results
